Tasting Notes

The definitive English Bitter. This fine, golden coloured beer, now restored to 3.8% ABV, has a full flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate. With a good bitter-sweet balance this beer has a robust hop character described as citrus and spicy. It’s a refreshing and very satisfying pint – noted for the aroma of its Fuggles and dry hopping strain Golding to add to its characteristic Theakston aroma.

Bombardier:

Wells Bombardier English Premium Bitter has enjoyed a spectacular rise from well loved regional ale to a Top 10 national cask ale brand. Wells Bombardier's close affinity with all the positive and inclusive aspects of 'Englishness' has been instrumental in making St. George's Day the third busiest day of the year in the country's pubs.

As well as being widely available as a cask and keg ale in pubs the length and breadth of Britain, Wells Bombardier is also a successful export brand and is enjoyed by discerning drinkers and English ale aficionados in over 20 countries.

Spitfire:

A delicious, premium Kentish ale, brewed to a secret recipe, and whose sales are now really soaring.
